Pays in Euros, via PayPal or online check. You may take part as both an advertiser and publisher at the same time, even using your affiliate income to fund some ads to get traffic to your sites. You can also set a minimum cost for advertisers, or change that minimum later. No adult content, under-construction sites, piracy, hate-mongering, or other deemed-inappropriate content.
